The challenge
A fast-growing D2C apparel brand was spending $400K/month on paid social with ROAS declining month-over-month. Creative fatigue was setting in across Meta and the brand hadn't cracked TikTok at all.
The strategy
We implemented a creative-led performance system: 40+ ad variants tested monthly with a structured A/B testing protocol, UGC creator program sourcing 20+ new creatives per month, full TikTok performance infrastructure from scratch, and audience architecture rebuilt around LTV cohorts.
The result
Monthly revenue from paid social grew from $800K to $2M in 8 months. ROAS stabilized at 2.8x despite scale. TikTok became their second-largest revenue channel within 90 days of launch.
